We ONLY Ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, NO EXCEPTIONS, per eBay and PayPal policies.
Orders will ship within 1-4 business days of payment receipt, most will ship within 1 business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking/delivery confirmation number to your registered eBay email address once your item has been scheduled for shipping.

APO and/or FPO Addresses will only ship through USPS.

Non-Payment
Once you have won an auction or purchased using buy it now we will not cancel the transaction, this includes best offers made and accepted. If payment is not received within 24 hours a dispute is automatically opened with eBay for non-payment.
Buyer Feedback
Our policy is to leave feedback once an item ships. in the event that there is a problem with your order or product, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Warranty and Returns
Our return policy is 14 days from the date delivered!
All of our items have a 14 day to 1 year Warranty with some having a Direct Manufacturer Warranty!
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for any losses or damages on return shipping so please make sure the item is carefully packed and insured.
We only accept returns on damaged or defective items 3 days after delivery.
If the item has a Direct Manufacturer Warranty you will need to contact the Manufacturer.
Items returned will have a 24 hour inspection period where the item will be inspected to ensure its Non-Functionality. If the item is found to be non-defective or damaged the buyer will have 5 days to pay for return shipping to them. After 14 business days if the return shipping is not paid Socket Electronix has the right to re-list the item. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!!!
All return items will be repaired or replaced with same type of item if available within 14 days after inspection before the item is eligible for a refund. If the item can't be repaired or replaced a refund will be issued during this time frame.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact us through eBay to obtain return authorization and instructions. All shipments received without authorization will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense or re-listed after 14 business days.
Products not eligible for return:
Any item not purchased through Socket Electronix
Items with missing UPC codes, serial numbers, or model numbers that have been removed or altered.
Items that are purchased as a bundle may be returned separately. Example a Wii and Wii Games. If a refund is deemed to be applied the refund will be discounted based on the cost of the items not returned in the bundle.
If the item is still under Manufacturer Warranty we will refer you to the Manufacturer.
